Welcome to Boulder Ridge Lodge! Enjoy over 8000 square feet (5100+ sf inside and 3000+ sf of covered decks/porches) of our custom built cabin with amenities that are sure to provide the perfect environment for your next getaway!
Take in the peace and tranquility this cabin allows by being situated on a lot with plenty of privacy and space between cabins with no cabins on adjacent lots. The back of the cabin is at ground level for ease of entry directly off the side parking lot for a short walk inside with no stairs.
Boulder Ridge Lodge includes 4 Master bedrooms, a bunk room, a theater room and a game room and 7 full bathrooms that were thoughtfully designed for each room to have it’s own space and privacy. This cabin is perfect for a large family or families, or to just get away with your friends. There is plenty to keep you entertained with our movie theater room, 21’ swim spa, children’s outdoor play set, pool table/foosball/air hockey combo, shuffleboard, pub style arcade game, horseshoes, corn hole, mini golf, frisbee golf and more!
Rooms:
Living Room: includes a large, oversized sectional, ottoman, 2 swivel chairs, side tables, gas fireplace, a big screen TV and throw blankets.
Kitchen and Dining: You’ll enjoy an open concept living and dining area with oversized dining table and island. The table has seating for 10 (expandable to 14 seats with leaflets) and the island will seat another 10. The chef in the group will have a fully equipped luxury kitchen at their disposal. Enjoy a Coffee Bar, Margaritaville Frozen Drink machine and many other extra small appliances!
Master Bedroom 1 is downstairs and has en-suite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. You also have your own set of french doors to the covered back patio with seating for 2. The ensuite bathroom features a fireplace, soaker tub, walk in double rain shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner, double vanity sinks, large TV and towel warmer. All linens and paper products are included as well.

Master Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk in rain shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner and soaker tub. All linens and paper products are included as well.
The Bunk Room and Bathroom is upstairs and has 3 twin over full bunk beds and one with 3 level bunk with 2 twins over full. The Bunk room also has a big screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and tub with soap/shampoo/conditioner. All linens and paper products are included as well.
Game room is downstairs and features a shuffleboard table, 3 in one pool table/air hockey/foosball, multicade infinity arcade gaming table, poker table, 2 TVs and other games such as cards, dominos, group games and more. The sliding doors lead to the covered gazebo with 21’ swim spa & hot tub and large TV.
Full bath between the game room and living room has a tub/shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner and water closet. All linens and paper products are included as well.
You will find a large balcony upstairs above the front entry way with amazing views. It’s the perfect picture spot for the whole group!
Theater room is upstairs and features a massive 135” projector with immersive 12 speaker surround sound. The theater room can seat 19 people with 4 rows of seating, including 2 rows with 3 in 1 couch/chaise/sleeper couches, 1 row with 5 theater chairs, and a 4th row with bar seating.
Full bath just outside the theater room has a tub/shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner. All linens and paper products are included as well.
Once you step outside the back door you’ll find a covered patio with outdoor fireplace, sectional couch and coffee table, tv, outdoor dining table with seating for 8, porch swing and 2 basket swings. You’ll also find games including cornhole, putt putt, slam ball and more. As you step off the porch you’ll find a hammock, fire pit with seats for 7, a large kids play set, frisbee golf and horseshoes.
Exit the game room or walk around our wrap around porch to a connected covered gazebo with a 21 foot swim spa and hot tub with a 75” tv and a patio seating area.
Utility Room. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board as well as a hot and cold water dispenser.
