Welcome to Boulder Ridge Lodge! Enjoy over 8000 square feet (5100+ sf inside and 3000+ sf of covered decks/porches) of our custom built cabin with amenities that are sure to provide the perfect environment for your next getaway! Boulder Ridge Lodge includes 4 Master bedrooms, a bunk room, a theater room and a game room and 7 full bathrooms that were thoughtfully designed for each room to have its own space and privacy. Take in the peace and tranquility this cabin allows by being situated on a lot with plenty of privacy and space between cabins. This cabin is perfect for a large family or families, or to just get away with your friends. There is plenty to keep you entertained with our movie theater room, 21’ swim spa, children’s outdoor play set, pool table/foosball/air hockey combo, shuffleboard, pub style arcade game, horseshoes, corn hole, mini golf, frisbee golf and more!
Rooms:
Living Room: includes a large, oversized sectional, 2 swivel chairs, ottoman, bench, side tables, gas fireplace, a big screen TV and throw blankets.
Kitchen and Dining: You’ll enjoy an open concept living and dining area with oversized dining table and island. The table has seating for 10 (can be expanded to 14) and the island will seat another 10. The chef in the group will have a fully equipped luxury kitchen at their disposal. The kitchen is packed with appliances both big and small. Enjoy our nugget ice machine, Ninja Air Fryer, Ninja Smoothie Blender, Margaritaville Frozen Drink Machine, Bar set and a Coffee Bar! Our Coffee Bar features a Keurig Special Edition coffee maker with a milk frother, coffee pot, coffee bean grinder and various coffee syrups plus sugars/sweeteners and creamer. Utensils, plates, bowls cups, wine glasses, steak knives, etc provided for the whole family.
Master Bedroom 1 is downstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, swivel armchair, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. You also have your own french doors that lead out to the main covered back patio with seating for 2. The ensuite bathroom features a fireplace, big screen TV, soaker tub, walk in double rain shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner, towel warmer, robes, double vanity sinks and private toilet room. All linens and paper products are included as well.
Master Bedroom 2 is downstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, swivel armchair, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. You also have your own french doors to the main covered back patio with seating for 2. This room also boasts its own private balcony with a beautiful view and seating for two. The bathroom also has shower and tub with soap/shampoo/conditioner, towel warmer, and private toilet room. All linens and paper products are included as well.
Master Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a soaker tub, walk in rain shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner, towel warmer and private toilet room. All linens and paper products are included as well.
The Bunk Room and Bathroom is upstairs and has 3 twin over full bunk beds and one 3 level bunk with 2 twins over full (9 beds total). The Bunk room also has a big screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub with soap/shampoo/conditioner and a private toilet room. All linens and paper products are included as well.
Game room is downstairs and features a shuffleboard table, 3 in one pool table/air hockey/foosball, multicade infinity arcade gaming table, poker table, 2 TVs with integrated gaming and a cabinet full of board games, group games, cards, dominos and more. A sliding door off of the game room leads straight to the covered gazebo with 21 foot swim spa and hot tub which also has a large TV.
Full bath between the game room and living room has a tub/shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner and private toilet room. All linens and paper products are included as well.
Theater room is upstairs and features a massive 135” projector with immersive 12 speaker surround sound. The theater room can seat 19 people with 4 rows of seating, including 2 rows with 3 in 1 couch/chaise/sleeper couches, 1 row with 5 theater chairs, and a 4th row with bar seating. It also comes with a mini fridge, microwave and popcorn machine.
Full bath just outside the theater room has a tub/shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner. All linens and paper products are included as well.
Once you step outside the back door you’ll find a covered patio with outdoor fireplace, sectional and coffee table, tv, outdoor dining table with seating for 8, porch swing and 2 basket swings. You’ll also find games including cornhole, putt putt, slam ball, and more. As you step off the porch you’ll find a hammock, fire pit with seats for 7, a large kids play set, frisbee golf and horseshoes.
Exit the game room or walk around our wrap around porch to a covered gazebo featuring a 21 foot swim spa/hot tub with 75” tv and a patio seating area.
Utility Room. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board as well as a hot and cold water dispenser.
